Biography Cheri Toledo, an Associate Professor in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction, has a background that includes teaching K-12, athletic coaching on the high school and college levels, counseling in private practice and hospital settings, and serving as academic counselor and dean at junior and senior high schools. Her research interests revolve around online learning, blended learning, and the use of online social networking tools to increase collaboration and educational technology competency skills in pre-service teachers, graduate students, and faculty..
