State University offers nationally acclaimed masters and doctorate programs in
education as well as an alternative route to secondary teacher certification
non-degree program.
These programs offer unique experiences that will prepare you for a professional career in education. Review the description of these
programs to learn what opportunities a graduate education could grant you.
Only the Alternative Route program leads toward
teacher
certification.

*These graduate degree programs do not lead toward
teacher
certification;
certification for grades K-9 can only be obtained through a
second bachelor's degree.
