Why can't I login to use the system?
Check you are typing your correct ULID (University Logon ID used to check your university email) and password
Please make sure you are using a backslash (\) and not
a forward slash (/) in between adilstu and your ulid. Ex. adilstu\ulid
I get an Internet error when I try to register for a workshop. I can fill out the information form and choose the workshop I wish to attend, but when I click the [Register] button, I get the error. What is the problem?
The most likely cause for this error is the use of apostrophe or a hyphen in the information you filled out.

Where can I find a list and schedule of
all workshops?
All workshops available will be listed within the Online Workshop
Registration system after you login and enter your information or you may view the Technology Workshop Schedule.
May I register for more than one session per workshop?
You may only register for one workshop session per topic at a time. In other words, you may register for one LiveText workshop, one Database Development workshop, one Spreadsheet Creation workshop, and one Web Page Authoring workshop at the same time, but not multiple workshops for the same topic. Once the session you registered for
is over, you may sign up for an additional refresher session(s).
Can I cancel my registration or change it to another time slot?
You may not cancel your workshop registration, but you may change your time. To change your registration, log into the system, select the workshop topic you wish to change, and complete the information as you did when signing up for the original workshop. When the screen appears to select a workshop, your original workshop will be listed along with the option of changing it.
After attending a workshop, should I notify the Cecilia J. Lauby Teacher Education Center?
No. Instructors will verify attendance and report attendees
to the Cecilia J. Lauby Teacher Education Center.
Is Teacher Education Orientation required?
Yes. For Gateway One, Admission to Professional Studies,
all new teacher education majors must attend one Teacher Education Orientation session. This includes freshmen, transfer students and all students who have changed their major to teacher education.
What do I need to bring to a teacher
education orientation session? On the day of the session you should bring pen
and paper to take notes, and some type of storage device (flash drive) to save some of the documents discussed.
Is it mandatory to attend a LiveText
session?
Yes. For Gateway One, Admission to Professional Studies,
all new teacher education majors must attend one LiveText session. This includes freshmen, transfer students and all students who have changed their major to teacher education. It is recommended what you take this workshop the first time you have a class that requires an assessment to be placed in LiveText.
I bought LiveText at another school I
attended. How do I transfer my account to ISU?
If you are a transfer student with a current
LiveText account, then you will need to transfer your account. Contact LiveText (1-866-548-3839 or support@livetext.com) to transfer your
account to ISU. This is very important so your
instructor/supervisor will be able to assess you in LiveText.
How can I check my performance-based assessments status?
Teacher Education candidates may check their PBA status by going to their iCampus portal and logging into their My Info page. Under the section headed Status please click on Teacher Education PBA Requirements.
