Subscription Cost and Information
Schedule:
- The Journal is printed semi-annually in double issues.
- Issue 1&2 is printed in late June and is mailed in early July;
- Issue 3&4 is printed in mid-December and is mailed in early January, of the subsequent year.
Cost:
Domestic: $18.00 a year
International: $24.00 a year
Student: $15.00 a year
- Postage and handling is included in the cost of the subscription.
- GST numbers are required and provided by subscriber where necessary.
- Different rates do not apply for new orders or renewal orders.
