Entourage 2004 (v.11.2.3+)

1. In Entourage, hold down the Control key, click your Exchange account, and choose the Folder Properties command from the menu that appears.

2. From the window that appears, switch to the Storage tab and Entourage will go through determining the size of each mailbox on Exchange. You can sort by name or size of mailbox.
   Note: Entourage also lists calendar and contacts in the size list.
