9-12 -- Alternative Geography Assessment Items Think Tank Advisor You are a member of a Washington, D.C., Think Tank that gives advice to the U.S. State Department. One of the issues you have been considering is the extent to which the United States needs to cooperate with other nations in order to be prosperous. Some members of the Think Tank argue that since the end of the Cold War, U.S. prosperity is much less dependent upon cooperation with other nations.
