Twenty years ago, Mr. Tyler’s 150 acre farm was located out in the country away from the town of Centerville. But things have changed in the past twenty years. Centerville’s population has doubled from 40,000 to 80,000 people. Today, Mr. Tyler’s farm is located at the edge of Centerville. Mr. Tyler has decided that it is time to sell his farm. There are four people who are very interested in buying Mr. Tyler’s 150 acre farm. Each has a different plan for how to use the land.
