Fall Window for Illinois Candidate Fee Support 

Due to limited funding for the Illinois Candidate Fee Subsidy, all eligible applications will be approved on a first come, first serve basis.  Currently there are 250 slots available; the fall window for the Illinois Candidate Fee Subsidy will be closed when all available funds have been expended.

Print the Illinois Candidate Fee Subsidy Application Form and Instructions.  

 

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.  TO AVOID DELAYS IN PROCESSING YOUR APPLICATION, COMPLETE ALL STEPS IN ORDER AND COMPLETE ALL SECTIONS ACCURATELY.  Read the Common Errors Document to avoid mistakes of previous applicants.  Below are lists for School Status, Poverty and RCDT Codes to help you complete the form.

 

Be sure to apply to NBPTS and pay the $65 first so your Illinois Candidate Fee Subsidy Application may be processed. 

 

Return here after faxing your Illinois Candidate Fee Subsidy application to find your name listed on the approved list.  Once you are on that list, return to NBPTS online to pay your $500.
