(October 20, 2006) Kerin Hillmer Mosinger, BS in Ed. '95, was given the $25,000 Milken National Educator Award this past Tuesday. The award, sponsored by the Milken Family Foundation, recognizes the importance of outstanding educators and encourages talented young people to choose teaching as a career. One hundred teachers nationwide receive the award each year. Motsinger teaches gifted students at Park View Elementary School in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
