College of Education Scholarship Program

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the winners for the College of Education Scholarship Program have not yet been announced. We hope to have winners notified as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Scholarships offered to students are awarded by the Office of the Dean and departments within the College of Education in conjunction with the Financial Aid Office and the Illinois State University Foundation. Application criteria vary. The amounts and number of awards vary due to fund balances and annual endowment earnings.

Apply to scholarships in the College of Education Scholarship Program

• Newly Admitted Student Scholarships: Scholarships are available to newly admitted freshmen and transfer students in the College of Education. Application period: Spring 2010
• Office of the Dean of the College of Education Scholarships: Scholarships are available to undergraduate and graduate education students. Application period: Spring 2010
• Department of Curriculum and Instruction Scholarships: Scholarships are available to undergraduate and graduate students in a Curriculum and Instruction program. Application period: Spring 2010
• Department of Special Education Scholarships: Scholarships are available to undergraduate and graduate students in a Special Education program. Application period: Spring 2010
• Dr. Cecilia J. Lauby Teacher Education Center Scholarship: information coming soon. Application period: Spring 2010
• Department of Educational Administration and Foundations Scholarships: Application period: early October 2009

Robert Noyce Teacher Scholarship Program

The Robert Noyce Teacher Scholarship Program provides a scholarship award plus tuition and fee waivers for up to two years to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) students studying biology, chemistry or mathematics teacher preparation programs. In return, recipients will commit to teach at least two years in a Chicago Public School (CPS).

Financial Aid
