Cancelling or rescheduling C&I 212 Observations hours
Do NOT be a NO SHOW!
Notify the appropriate parties AS SOON as you know you need to cancel and/or reschedule.
Bloomington High School, El Paso-Gridley High School, Heyworth High School, McLean Co. Juvenile Detention Center, and Woodruff High School
To cancel observation hours for the current week you must contact our office!
or call (309) 438-5055 or (309) 438-5024 so we can notify the school and delete your reservation from the online sign up system. You will not be allowed to reschedule for that week.
To cancel observation hours for a week following the current week, return to the online observation sign-up form and delete your original schedule. Reschedule online for available dates/times.
Lexington High School and Tri-Valley High School
To cancel observation hours for the current week, you must contact the school by phone and notify the teacher you will not be observing that week. Leave a message with the office for the teacher if you cannot him/her directly.
To cancel observation hours for a week after the current week, you must contact the teacher by e-mail as you initially did to schedule the observation. If you want to reschedule, include that in your e-mail message.
For Self-Placement Observations
To cancel observation hours, you must contact the administrator’s office who gave you permission to observe and notify them of your cancellation and/or need to reschedule.
