On the day of your observation

Forms

• Fill out the Scheduling Form.  Return to Adrian Lyde or Susan Conner in The Teacher Ed Center, DeGarmo 56
• White Tutoring Card: You get these from Adrian Lyde or Susan Conner in the Teacher Ed Center

Notification of Placement

• Go to the U-High Web site to check your observation schedule.
• You will be contact by Dixie Lewis regarding tutoring.

Directions to school and parking

• View U-High on the campus map.
• Walk if possible
• If you have to drive, park in the student parking lot

General Guidelines

• You must wear your ISU ID tag at all times (We do not supply these.)
• Dress appropriately
• Be courteous – introduce self, thank staff
• If you are going to be late, phone the school
