One of the requirements for participation in Clinical Experiences is that each student have adequate health/accident insurance coverage in force during the entire period of participation. Coverage must be either privately procured or obtained through the University Group Health Insurance Plan.
If I am registered for fewer than nine hours, I am eligible to purchase student group insurance. Contact the Program Coordinator if you have further questions.
I have read and understand with acceptance the Student’s Rights and Responsibilities as defined on this website. Students wishing to appeal any decision related to Admission, Retention, and Certification should confer with the Director of the Office of Clinical Experiences (309/438-5416) regarding specific Student Appeal Procedures.
Your Assessment of Legal & Ethical Conduct is on file in the CECP office. Please revisit the form to review the legal and ethical requirements of the teaching profession. (Legal & Ethical Conduct - PDF)
