Update Your Contact Information

You need to update your contact information regularly and verify that your current address is always on file, so that we can get in touch with you. There are two ways to update your address:

Use the iCampus portal to update your address:

  1. Go to the portal at https://www.icampus.ilstu.edu/
  2. Login with your ULID (7-letter university logon id) and password
  3. Click on the “My Info” tab
  4. Under student information section, enter your pin number (4-digit) and click [Submit]
  5. Under the heading “Updates”, click on the link Update my address
  6. Change your local, home or parents’ address by clicking the corresponding [Change] button
  7. Be sure to logout of the system when done.

Use the SIAS system to update your address:

(Note: This system will not work off-campus unless you have ITools installed on the computer you are using.)

  1. Click on the Start menu, Programs, then Internet Tools and select ‘Telnet to SIAS’
  2. Login with your UID (9-digit university identification number) and pin number (4-digit)
  3. On the next screen, select option 2 – update your mailing address
  4. Type your selection 1, 2 or 4 for local, home or parents’ address, and change the address
  5. Hit <Enter> to update it and <F3> to go to the address screen
  6. When done, hit <F3> again to sign off.
